Chill your prepared chocolate pudding for 2 hours. In the meantime you start the batter: Beat the eggs with salt for 2 min. Then slowly add the sugar and vanilla sugar while mixing. Continue to beat for 7 minutes at the „highest speed“.
Pour in the milk and oil, then sift in the dry ingredients and mix in quickly. (Leaving as much air in the batter as possible for the fluffiness.) Bake the batter in a 28 cm springform pan on the center rail at 180 °C top and bottom heat for approx. 25 - 30 minutes.
Now you can prepare the cream. Whip the cream with vanilla sugar and powdered sugar. Gently stir in the chilled pudding. (Make sure that there are no clumps in it, you can sift the pudding if you like.) Crush the Oreos for the cream (e.g. with a multi-chopper) and fold into the cream with 100 g chopped chocolate.
Then boil the agar with 100 ml of water (see package instructions) and let it cool off. (If you use gelatin, then check the packaging for instructions.) Take a few tablespoons of the cream and stir it into the agar/gelatin. Now mix that into the rest of the cream. (CAUTION, if the agar is too hot, the cream will melt and it will not set enough“.) The cream is done.
Meanwhile the cake should be cooled off. Slice it twice. Now it's time to stack the oreo cake: Take aside the bottom cake layer, it will be the top one later. Put the first cake layer on a plate and close the cake ring around it. Poke holes into it with a fork and let it soak with half of the cocoa. Take one third of the whipped chocolate cream and spread it on it. Crumble 5 Oreos and sprinkle them with half of the chopped chocolate over the cream.
Repeat with the second layer. And finally put the last layer (the bottom layer which was set aside) on top. Chill the cake for 60 minutes. Last, coat your cake with the remaining third of the cream and pipe 12 dots on it. (See pictures.) Now it's decoration time: Break 10 oreos into different sized pieces and place them around the bottom of the cake. Halve the 6 remaining oreos and place them on top of the dots. Now your cake is ready and you can enjoy...
