Put all ingredients for the dough in one bowl and mix them together. Chill in the fridge for 10 min. Now, roll out the dough thin with a rolling pin.
Divide the dough on two. From half of the dough you cut out round cookies (these will be the downsides.) The other half needs to be cut out round first and then you cut out little hearts in the middle (these will be the top parts). The out-cut hearts you can use for decoration later.
Look at the picture. Right is the top part and left the down part. Now spread all the cookies on a baking tray and bake for app. 15 min in the oven at 180°C
After they are done you spread a little nougat cream on all round downside cookies and place the top cookies on them. Now your cookies should look like mine on the pictures. Arrange on a plate and enjoy...
