Mix all the ingredients for the brownie batter for 3 minutes to a fluffy, homogeneous mass. (The batter is very heavy.) Fill the batter into a casserole pan of your choice. My pan has the following measurements: 20 cm x 30 cm. Bake at 180 degrees top & bottom heat for approx. 25 minutes. Make the stick test. :)
Heat the whipping cream, (don't boil) and melt the chocolate in it. Spread the glaze over the freshly baked brownies. Decorate with some smarties, cut in pieces, and serve...
