For the cream melt the whipping cream with the chocolate (70g) and chill the mixture for at least 2 hours. Melt the butter, remaining chocolate for the cake and water in a small so sauce pan, until you get a chocolate sauce. Sift the dry ingredients into a bowl and then add the eggs, oil and yoghurt. Pour in the chocolate butter mixture and mix until everything has combined well.
The cake tastes best fresh and warm out of the oven. Do not put it in the fridge, otherwise it will be too hard. You are also welcome to use half of the ingredients and bake the cake in a loaf pan.
