A recipe for a Super Delicious Strawberry Glass Dessert. This is perfect if you have some cake leftovers because they are used in the crumble layer.
First blend the shortbreads into crumbs (not powder). Now mix these crumbs and the cake crumbs. Add the melted butter and mix.
Now it's time to start layering. Get four glasses. Put half of the prepared crumb-mix into the glasses as a first layer (divide equally). It is advised to press this mix gently against the glass bottoms. Now whip the cream and add the yoghurt. Put this cream-yoghurt-mix In the glasses as the second layer.
Next, clean the strawberries. Cut 4 strawberries into slices and place them around in the insides of the glasses. The other 4 strawberries cut into small cubes and place them in the middle, on the cream.
Now close up the glasses with the remaining crumbs. (do not press down.) Sprinkle some rasped chocolate on top. Cool the desserts in the fridge for a half hour. Enjoy your dessert.
If you don't have any cake leftovers, you can replace the cake crumbs in the recipe, with 4 other short breads.
