step by step method

1. step 

Heat the oil in a large pan. Then add the onion pieces, parsley, salt, pepper, paprika powder and tomato paste and brown everything a little.

2. step 

Now fry the bell peppers, zucchini and red beans in it. Fry for about 5 minutes and stir from time to time. Add the cooked rice and peas to the pan and stir again. Let cook for another 15 min on lower heat, stir from time to time.

3. step 

Season with salt and pepper and crumble the ricotta cheese and sprinkle over the vegetable pan. Enjoy when still hot...
