First, cook your pasta in a pot. Now you prepare the mayonnaise. Your egg yolks should be room temperatured. Put them with a bit salt and pepper as well as the lemon juice in a bowl. Mix for 20 sec. with your mixer or blender.
Now the oil has to be added very carefully by pouring it in slowly (fine stream) while mixing the mass with the mixer or blender. This way the oil mingles well with the egg yolks. Note: It is very very important to add the oil as slowly as possible in a very fine stream. If you pay attention to that the mayonnaise is actually quite simple to make. Add the yogurt and mustard, mix and season your mayonnaise.
Put the pasta, the corn and the peas in a big bowl. Next you cut the gherkins and bell peppers into small cubes. Add them and the gherkins' water to the bowl and mix well. While mixing you add the mayonnaise spoon by spoon until you get just the right consistency. Season with salt and pepper and enjoy. :)
Feel free to add some tuna if you like.
Of course you may use store bought mayonnaise for your salad, too.
