These pretty strawberry yoghurt desserts taste fresh and very delicious.
It takes around 25 min to prepare, but the effort is worth it since they are real eye-catchers. Enjoy your beautiful fruity desserts! 😉

Prepare a large flat plate, board or tray that fits in the fridge and place 6 dessert rings on it. Crumble the shortbreads. Mix with the melted butter and divide onto the dessert rings. Press gently and let chill while preparing the cream.
Whip the cream with the cream stiffener / whip it. Mix in the vanilla yoghurt and fold in the plain yoghurt bit by bit. Now choose which variation you want to go with: variation 1 with strawberry slices or variation 2 without strawberry slices.
Divide the cream on the dessert rings and spread evenly. Puree the 180 g strawberries for the mousse and boil this strawberry sauce with the agar in a sauce pan. Boil for 2 minutes. Stir the mixture luke warm and whisk in the powdered sugar. Pour the strawberry sauce equally into each ring and let the desserts chill for minimum 1 hour. Then you can add the set aside strawberries for your decoration on top. Enjoy!
If you don't have any dessert rings, you can fill the desserts in glasses as dessert cups.
