Are you up for a moist lemon cake? It is very easy to prepare and glazed with a sugar icing 😉

Ingredients

  • Dough
  • Sugar Icing

Step by step method

1. Step 

Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix for 5 min. Now bake the dough in a bundt cake pan at 180 °C (circulating air) for around 45 min until the cake is goldenbrown.

2. Step 

Remove the cooled cake from the baking pan. Mix the frosting and pour it over the lemon cake. Now the cake is ready, bon appetit!
