These are very yummy Leo Cookies. The technique is quite simple and it looks great at the end. Test them out!
Mix butter and powdered sugar in a bowl as well as the egg, lemon juice and vanilla sugar.
Add flour and baking powder to the mixture and mix everything to a homogeneous mass. Cool two thirds of the dough in the fridge.
Ad a half tbsp cocoa to the remaining third of dough and mix. Take a third of this dough and put it to cool, too.
Add milk and 1 tbsp cocoa to the left over dough. Mix again and cool in fridge. Now you have three dough balls in different colours. Let them cool for 40 min.
After the cooling time prepare a baking griddle and lay it out with baking paper. Roll out the darkest dough to a rectangle. App. 12 x 25 cm. Form the lighter brown dough to a long ‚sausage’. Place it on the dark brown rectangle. Roll the dark brown rectangle around the light brown ‚sausage‘. Cut that roll up into 2 cm thick slices.
Roll out the light coloured dough. Spread the chocolate slices randomly on it. ?? Cut out round cookies (with a glass for example). Knead the left dough so it gets a marmor look. Bake the cookies for 15 to 20 min at 175 degrees Celsius top and bottom heat. Bon appetit!
