Do you like apples? Here is a very easy recipe of grandma’s fresh Apple-Cake. It’s made on a baking tray. There isn’t even a scale needed. Great german cake for tea. You can only succeed doing it!

Step by step method

1. Step 

Put all ingredients apart from apples and whipping cream in a bowl and whisk everything well. Pour the dough on a prepared griddle.

2. Step 

Now peel and cut the apples into thin slices. Next spread the slices close to each other on the cake. Bake at 180°C until it gets colored golden brown. If you want you can beat a bit whipping cream stiff and serve it with the cake. Bon appetite!
