How about some very beautiful no bake GIOTTO praliné desserts, maybe as a special dessert after dinner.
These little no bake cakes are an eye catcher and very simple to make. Your family will be impressed!
Crush the short breads and giottos to bigger crumbles (not powder) and mix with the melted butter. Divide the crumbs onto 6 dessert rings and press down gently. (You can either use round dessert rings or other shapes, the ones i used have a diameter of 7,5 cm = 3 inches.)
Whip the cream with the cream stiffener/whip it, vanilla sugar and powdered sugar. Then mix in the vanilla yoghurt and gently fold in the plain yoghurt bit by bit and add the mashed Giottos if you have. Spread the cream into the dessert rings. Now the desserts need to chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
You can either use round dessert rings or other shaped ones, the ones i used have a diameter of 7,5 cm = 3 inches.
If you don't have any dessert rings, you can fill the desserts in glasses as dessert cups.
