Beat eggs, salt, sugar and vanilla sugar for 5 minutes in a bowl. Now combine flour and baking powder and melt the butter. (Let the butter cool down to lukewarm before adding.) Add the flour mixture and the butter to the batter. Mix in quickly and grease a tarte- or springform pan. Pour in the batter and bake at 150 degrees circulating air for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
After baking flip the cake out onto a cooling rack and let it cool down. Prepare the pudding and spread it evenly onto the cake. (Make sure that the pudding is still lukewarm, so it is easy to spread.)
If the glaze already thickens, but you didn't finish yet. Don't worry, you can simply boil it up again.
