First, add milk, chocolate, sugar and vanilla sugar to a saucepan and heat the mixture on low heat. Sift in the flour bit by bit, stirring constantly to avoid clumps. The pudding should now become thicker, keep stirring. Boil the pudding at medium heat and remove it from the stove shortly after. Whisk in the egg yolks.
Cut the short breads on 4 and the fruits in small pieces. Moisten a bundt pan with water. Spread the short breads and the fruits in the mold. Now pour in the prepared vanilla custard and let chill for minimum 2 h.
You can use frozen fruits for this dessert if you like. But make sure to rinse them well, so they don't absorb water.
