Peel the apples and remove the core. Cut into small cubes.
Separate the eggs. Mix egg yolk, salt, sugar, flour, baking powder, milk and water. Next, beat the egg white stiff and fold in.
Heat up the pan with a little oil. Now put small circles of dough in the pan and add a few apple cubes on the dough. Bake and flip the pancakes until they are golden brown on both sides. Sprinkle them with cinnamon sugar and serve still warm. I hope you like them!
