Peel and cut the apples into cubes. Put them in a large bowl and mix with 1 tbsp of the flour, 1 tsp of the cinnamon, the white sugar and the lemon juice. Spread the apple filling in a casserole (app. 21 cm x 21 cm and a hight of 5 cm).
Mix all the remaining ingredients for the topping and crumble it with your fingers. Add the crumbles to the casserole and bake for app. 35 min at 200 °C. Serve still hot. Optionally you can eat it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. Enjoy...
