Ingredients

step by step method

1. step 

Mix quark, sour cream, powdered sugar, whip it, vanilla sugar and whipping cream in a bowl. Mix for approx. 4 min. until the cream got stiff.

2. step 

Start layering: I used a casserole (20x35cm). Cover it with one layer of waffles and spread half of the prepared cream on it. Pour almost all the red jelly on this layer, leave 5 tbsps a side for deco. Next there comes one layer of waffles and the second half of the cream.

3. step 

Pour the remaining red fruit jelly on top of the cream layer and create a marble look with a fork. Now you can cool your dessert for some minutes and then serve it... :)

Tips & Variations:

  • You can chill this casserole dessert in fridge overnight, if desired.
